BAMC Wholesale Lending is pleased to offer the Velocity program to those brokers that achieve the highest standard for delivering quality loan packages. As a Velocity Partner, you have a competitive advantage in your local marketplace and can pass these benefits along to your customers.

The Velocity program is based on the quality and quantity of loans you deliver to BAMC Wholesale Lending during your initial evaluation period. The evaluation period is typically 90 - 120 days and includes the following qualifying criteria:

• An average monthly volume of $1,500,000 in funded loans
• An average of at least 80% of actual files submitted resulting in funded loans

In order to receive consideration for the Velocity program you must deliver a minimum of 5 funded loans per month during the evaluation period. When you meet the initial qualifying criteria, you will be considered for acceptance as a Velocity Partner. Upon acceptance you will receive the following benefits:

• Extreme speed with priority processing of your loan files. This means your loans move from setup to closing with Velocity!
• Status reports on your loans as they move through the system. Your account team provides timely, informative updates on the status of your loans as you need them.
• Speed Guarantee that your loans are processed within 5 days.

BAMC’s mission is to increase speed and efficiency for our Broker Partners through responsible lending practices. Accordingly, we do not condone such practices as steering a consumer to a high cost loan who would otherwise qualify for a market rate, frequent or preplanned refinancing that has no real economic benefit to the borrower (have no appreciable impact on rate, payment or term but with fees that worsen the consumer's financial position), excessive fees and points that strip equity, approving a loan solely on the basis of the value of the property without considering the ability to repay and undisclosed prepayment penalties.
